How much will it cost?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

• We provide all of our own cleaning products and they are eco-friendly
• We do utilize some industrial-strength products on an as-needed basis
• We also have our own trash bags when emptying trash cans
• We bring our own floor cleaning/finishing products and are trained on which products to use
• We have our own vacuum’s and other tools needed for the job

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. We want your feedback, suggestions, and directions. It is your home and we want to make sure we are paying attention to everything that is important to you. Keep in mind that our checklist is extensive and most requested items will be covered.

We do offer some services at an additional cost. The most common are cleaning inside of the refrigerator or oven. Each of which is $25.

Do you have a list of a people that we can call for references?

We do not offer any confidential information about our customers. You are free to view the reviews on any of our platforms and contact them since that is publicly available.

Do your employees speak English?

If any of our employees are unable to understand directions, please feel free to contact our office where we can make sure the directions are understood.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We have an extensive application and hiring process. Our future cleaners must undergo a phone interview, an in-person interview with the owner, an international background check and pass our training program before they ever are dispatched into our client’s homes.

Should anything happen, we do have General Liability and Bonding Insurance.

Will it be the same cleaners every time?

We make every attempt to assign the same cleaners every time. In the event we have to utilize a different cleaner, we do keep a dossier on every house and every morning the details of the cleaning are conveyed to the cleaner.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We have a great group of workers that have undergone an extensive international background check. Should an applicant have a criminal past of any kind, we simply do not accept them.
